Last day in Amsterdam

This morning we walked  , via a coffee shop, to the Van Loon Museum . This is a rich person's canal house with a back garden and a coach house. It was built in 1672 and owned by the same family since 1884. Inside there were assorted rooms richly decorated in various styles, apparently the way a wealthy Amsterdam family lived. Behind it is a large courtyard and garden landscaped in the style of the 17th century. We spent quite a while wandering around and then having a drink in the courtyard. We stopped  on our way back tomour hotel at a cafe near a canal for lunch. We saw the tiniest little canal boat for 2 people which I later looked up. A sealander  - a 2 person caravan which turns into a boat with a small outboard motor.  We made our way back to the hotel and had a lazy afternoon. Dinner was delicious again,  at the same place as last night.
